Haskap Lemonade
Apple Rhubarb
The Story
Hi, I’m Andrew!
Peak really started with a simple idea. Instead of going to college or university like most of my friends, I decided to take a bit of a different path and start a company. Right after graduating high school in 2020, I moved to the Okanagan with this idea of creating something real. I grew up in Prince George, BC, where my first “business” was a lemonade stand when I was a kid. Ever since then, I’ve always loved building things and creating something from scratch.
As I got older and started working in restaurants and farmers’ markets, I saw firsthand just how incredible the fruit is here in BC. But when I looked at what was on the shelves, most non-alcoholic drinks were loaded with sugar, preservatives, or ingredients I couldn’t even pronounce. I kept thinking — why isn’t there something better?
That’s where Peak Beverage Co. was born. I wanted to create a better option. A clean-label soda made with real fruit, simple ingredients, and bold, refreshing flavours. No shortcuts, no weird additives — just real fruit you can actually taste.
Running Peak has been a constant learning experience. From the early days of doing everything myself to now having amazing partners, suppliers, and a small but passionate team, I’ve been lucky to be surrounded by people who believe in what we’re building.
At the end of the day, Peak is about more than just a beverage. It’s about supporting local growers, creating something that reflects where we’re from, and giving people a product they feel good about drinking and sharing whether its mixed with your favourite local spirit or just as it is.
Thank YOU for being part of our story. We’re just getting started.

Haskap berries, also known as "honeyberries," are small, oblong, dark-blue berries that look like “long blueberries”. They originate from regions of Northern Asia and Russia and are also native to Canada. Known for their intense, sweet-tart flavor, haskaps are often compared to a mix of blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. In terms of nutrition, they are packed with antioxidants, vitamin C, fiber, and other beneficial nutrients. 3x the antioxidants of blueberries!
