Returns & Refund

Our Guarantee
We want you to be happy with your order. Since you can't taste our sodas before buying online, we offer a simple guarantee for online orders only. If you're not fully satisfied, please reach out within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to make it right.

Returns
Because we produce a consumable product, we do not accept returns. Please double-check your order before purchasing. All sales are final once processed.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo of the damage along with your order number within 15 days of receiving your shipment. We’ll either refund the damaged item(s) or provide a credit toward your next order.

Missing Orders
If your package never arrives, we’ll happily issue a full refund or send a replacement, as long as you notify us within 45 days of your order date.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of being placed. Once the order has been packed or shipped, unfortunately we’re unable to cancel or refund it.

Shipping & Delays
We do our best to ship quickly, but we cannot guarantee shipping or delivery times. Delays in transit are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.

General Terms
